Suites ROC Portonova - Newly Renovated 2026 - Palmanova

Located on the southwest coast of Mallorca, in the town of Palmanova, within the municipality of Calvià. Facing the sea and on the first line of the quiet marina, it offers direct access to the beach of Es Carregador, known for its golden sand, crystal clear waters and family atmosphere not far from the main shopping centres. Free WiFi is available in communal areas.

Each of the spacious apartments comprises one or two double bedrooms, a dining room, private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and an ample balcony. Most of them offer sea views. They also feature air conditioning, central heating, telephone and satellite TV.

In the summer season you will find the snack and the cocktail bar on the outdoor terrace open, with a wide variety of snacks and drinks.

Guests can chose between 2 swimming pools - one heated indoor pool in winter and another outdoor one with generous terraces. By the pool there is a fun bara variety of food is served.

When reserving more than 5 rooms, the establishment has the right to modify the conditions, including multiple reservations. Such reservations will be considered as groups.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

Important Information

We are continuing to carry out minor improvements to the facilities. These will not significantly affect your stay, although you may notice some slight noise at certain times.

Upon arrival, a deposit of €300 will be required to cover any damage or cleaning costs.

Cleaning of kitchenware and the kitchen area is not included in the general daily cleaning service.

Possible additional charges.

Check-outs after 11:00 am on the final day incur an additional charge and are subject to prior request and confirmation by reception.

Breakfast is available from May to October.

Pool towels are provided upon payment of a €10 deposit per towel. In line with our efforts to protect the environment, we will change towels once a week. For each additional towel change, you will be charged €1 per towel at reception.

Please note that pets are permitted upon request, with a maximum weight of 15 kg and a charge of €45 per night. Maximum one pet per room. Pets are permitted only in the room and reception area; access to other communal areas and swimming pools is restricted. For exceptions, please contact the accommodation directly.
